Happy Birthday!!!!

My baby is officially 2! This year's second annual Dan and Keane super party was a Pirate Party! We transformed our playground to a pirate ship (complete with mast and sails thanks to Scoutmaster Dan and his lashing merit badge!) It was such a fun party with little pirates running around everywhere! Cousin Jonathon joined in too since his birthday is the day before. He even got to go on a treasure hunt and dig up REAL buried treasure! The only birthday pirate we were missing was Uncle Tyler who happens to be stranded on a deserted island right now :)

Keane was so excited about his party, when we got the box of decorations in the mail he carried them everywhere and sat on the couch giving them kisses. Once his friends arrived, we got him dressed up in his pirate gear and brought him outside. He looked around and started dancing around on his toes and ran straight to his pirate ship. It was perfect and made all the work worth it!
